All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. atom108 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, and you are responsible for providing the required documents within the stipulated timeframe.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. atom108 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As an atom108 platform user, you agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from:

Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the atom108 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). atom108 supports a range of popular digital payment methods in Malaysia, including Internet Banking, e-wallets, and other local payment options.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account once verification is complete. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. atom108 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are subject to required verification processes. atom108 reserves the right to request additional documentation to satisfy compliance requirements before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method registered under the same user's name.
Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, including unauthorised chargebacks, may result in account freezing and legal action. All confirmed transactions are final and non-reversible except under circumstances determined by atom108.

Account Suspension & Closure
Atom108 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to breaches of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from relevant authorities. atom108's decisions regarding account suspension or closure are final.
